Housebound Readers' Service
If you are unable to get to the library due to age or disability, the housebound readers’ service may be able to help. We provide monthly deliveries of books, audiobooks or other material chosen just for you. This service relies on volunteers to choose and deliver the books to your home each month. What do I need to do?
Fill out the form below, or talk to our staff at the library. Our friendly coordinators will process this information and determine whether you are eligible for the service. They will then contact you to arrange a time for a home visit – it is during this appointment that they will discuss the types of books or materials you would like to receive, and which authors you like and don’t like. Please be aware that we will respond as soon as possible, but this could take up to a week.
