Lunar Flow beneath Our Moon: A three-part yoga series

Experience the rhythms of the Moon through a free three-part yoga series, guided by the highly accomplished Bhavani Alanis from Sanctuary Hill. Held beneath Luke Jerram’s breathtaking four-metre illuminated Moon in the exhibition space, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to align movement, breath, and intention with the lunar cycle.

Session one of Lunar Flow will centre on the Crescent Moon, A time of rising energy, new beginnings, and intention-setting.

Session two takes place beneath the Full Moon, a moment of fullness, expression, and stepping into the light.

And the Gibbous and New Moon will round out the series, with a period of release, stillness, and deep inner quiet.

Flow under the glow of the Moon and connect with its cycles in this transformative lunar yoga journey.
