Digital Library Request

When you request a book to be added to our digital library we will let you know if it is available for us to add to our collection. If it is available, we will let you know when it is likely to be online.  Not all books are available as eBooks and eAudiobooks so in some cases we may not be able to get all items. 

Physical Item Request

When you ask for a book to be added to our physical library we will decide whether to add it to our collection based on our collection development policy. If we do add it to our collection and you have requested we hold the book for you, you will be alerted when the book is ready for collection. There is no longer a $1.50 charge when you request an item to hold. That means when your item is ready to collect we will contact you by email, text message or post and you can collect for free.
