Suggest a Book to Buy

Know of a great book the library should have but currently doesn't? Send us a suggestion using the form below and we will look into it!

Library customers can submit up to five suggestions per month. All suggestions are subject to the selection criteria in our Collection Management Policy, and we therefore cannot guarantee to purchase all suggestions. Please also note:

• Any suggested item should have been published in the last two years or be part of a series we already hold.
• If still to be published, the item’s publication date should not be more than three months in the future.
• As a rule, we cannot accept suggestions for self-published material on the sole recommendation of the author.

eBook and eAudiobook Requests

Unfortunately, not all books are available as eBooks and eAudiobooks. When you request one, we will let you know if it is available for us to add to our collection.

Physical Item Requests

If we add your suggestion to our physical collection, we will notify you that we have done so, and will place a reserve on it for you, if you have requested us to do so. You will also be notified when your item is ready to be collected.

If we do not purchase this item, you may be able to borrow it from another library via our interloan service. To place an interloan request, please ask a library staff member or fill in the interloan request form.
