Zines are hand-made, self-published quirky works. This DIY genre includes indie comics, artists’ books and fanzines. Experience Zine making first hand, come and meet Zine creators at work in Puke Ariki.
Peter Vangioni, a collector and curator from Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna o Waiwhetu, has a particular interest in hand-printed books and artists' books. He will chat to a panel of guest creators followed by a guided tour of his visiting exhibition The Golden Age.

Meet the panel;
Stephanie Christie: Poet and artist who has been getting her work out via Zines for 15 years. Stephanie often performs her work and makes art with words.
