welcome to education
The 2018 Puke Ariki Education Programme present exciting learning opportunities for all school children from new entrants to those in their final year of high school.

It is designed to challenge, to enlighten, to provide experiences that children cannot have within their school environment. We hope that it will open doors of understanding, and encourage young minds to question and inquire.

At Puke Ariki we are offering four topics designed for all year levels from our long-term galleries.

At Aotea Utanganui - The Museum of South Taranaki two topics are available all year for all year groups.

Taranaki Research Centre / Te Pua Wānanga o Taranaki will continue to provide specialist staff to support and guide senior students wishing to access the rich social and natural history collections of our province.

Each topic provides hands-on, interactive experiences that cater for multiple learning styles, ensuring the best possible learning outcomes for students, and link directly to the New Zealand Curriculum and the principles of values, key competencies and learning areas.

To book a topic, click the YES! button on each page to complete the process online, or call the Puke Ariki Education Team on (06) 7596710.
